The general rule
Because digital files can be accessed or downloaded immediately and cannot be physically returned, completed digital-product sales are final once access has been provided. Please review the description, included files, page size and compatibility information before purchasing.
Problems we will correct
Contact us within 14 days of purchase when one of these problems occurs. We may replace the file, restore access or issue a refund, depending on the problem.
- You were charged twice for the same order.
- The wrong product or file was delivered.
- A file is missing, corrupt, or materially different from the product description.
- Download access fails and we cannot provide the purchased files within a reasonable time.
- Applicable law requires a refund.
Situations that usually do not qualify
- A change of mind after file access.
- The event was canceled, changed or already occurred.
- A preference for different colors, fonts, wording or page organization that was visible in the listing.
- Printer, ink, paper, print-shop or device differences outside the file itself.
- Software incompatibility when the listing accurately stated the file type and requirements.
- Sharing or use outside the Digital Product Policy.
Accidental orders
If you purchased the wrong product and have not accessed or downloaded it, contact us immediately. We will review the provider's access record and may cancel or exchange the order. Approval is not guaranteed after access has been provided.
How to request help
Email hello@theshortplan.com with the order email, order number, product name and a short description of the problem. Do not send full payment-card information. We may ask for a screenshot that does not expose personal or payment data.
Approved refunds return to the original payment method. The payment provider and financial institution control the final posting time.
Your legal rights
This policy does not limit consumer rights that applicable law does not permit a seller to exclude. The policy displayed before checkout will govern the order, together with any mandatory legal protection.
